TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • I authorize the Thunderbird Hotel to charge my credit card for all costs incurredduring my stay including any items damaged or removed from my room.  The Thunderbird Hotel assumes no responsibility for loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables.  We are nor responsible for items left in the room or automobile.

  • Guests with non-cancellable/ advance purchase reservations will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.

  • Base Rate bookings have up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to the start of stay to change or cancel the reservation. After the 3 day (72 hour) window you will be charged 50% of your entire stay. Cancellations within 24 hours of the first day of stay will be liable for 100% of the cost of the reservation.

  • Special event, holiday and festival weekends require a 50% deposit to hold your rooms, are advance purchase and are non-refundable.

  • Special promotion rates can not be combined with any other special rate and are based on the base rate only. 

  • In the event of no-show, a full stay (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.

  • Check-in is 3:00 PM. Check-out 12:00 Noon. An early or late fee is available at 25.00 per room and is subject to availability.

  • In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in.

  • No parties are allowed in the Guest rooms or on Thunderbird Hotel property.

  • Events can be arranged through Guest Services and are subject to property event rental fees.

  • Visitors are not permitted in the guest room after 12:00 Midnight.

  • Guests are allowed 2 additional persons at the pool. Guest passes for the pool can be purchased at Thunderbird Hotel reception for 10.00 each.

  • Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behavior or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

  • Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.

  • If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Hotel’s responsibility to advise Hotel management prior to arrival.

  • The use of tobacco products is prohibited in rooms. Guess found in the act or with evidence of smoking will incur a 200.00 fine per occurrence, with the exception of outdoor smoking areas.

  • We will happily accommodate your dog for an additional $50.00 with a limit of 2 pets per room. We have a right to charge an additional fee for any damage done during your stay with your pet.  Please let us know in advance that you will be bringing a pet.

  • If room keys are lost there will be a $25.00 charge per key.

  • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Hotel.

  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

  • The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • Event/Groups: All group reservations and/or events are considered “advance purchase” and will be subject to the following conditions:

  • GROUP BOOKINGS AND EVENTS must pay a 50% deposit to block the rooms and/or event spaces.

  • All rooms blocked must be paid for in full and accounted for 30 days prior to stay or the guest booking (customer) the group/event will be responsible for 100% of the reserved rooms.

  • All changes must be 30 days prior to the event and in writing.  This is for 10 rooms or more and event spaces. 

  • Cancellations by the customer prior to 180 days (6 months) prior to the arrival date can be made free of charge and your reservation deposit will be reimbursed minus a 200.00 processing fee.

    2). Should the customer cancel within 180 days (6 months) but prior to 90 days (3 months) of the arrival date or event date 35% of the total amount due is payable upon cancellation and will be taken out of the DEPOSIT.

    3). Should the customer cancel within 90 days (3 months) but prior to 30 days (1 month) of the arrival date the 50% DEPOSIT can be applied to future room reservations and events.

    4). Should the cancellation fall within 30 days before the date of the arrival date, the 100% of the reservation is due and your DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED.

  • TheThunderbird Hotel reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.
